1. Introduction

Welcome to Confluency ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Subscription Services

Our app offers auto-renewable subscription options to access premium features. The following terms apply to subscriptions:

Subscription Details:

• Basic Tier: $4.99 USD per month (30 days)
• Premium Tier: $11.99 USD per month (30 days)
• Gold Tier: $19.99 USD per month (30 days)

Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Our Service may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.
